How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and tap "Forgot password" to receive a reset link by email.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
On the website: go to your Account page, Premium tab, and tap "Cancel subscription."
In the app: go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, and cancel from there.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at airfryperfect@gmail.com and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days.
My timer or cook mode isn't working correctly.
Try closing and reopening the app or refreshing your browser. If the issue continues, email us with details about what happened and we'll help troubleshoot.
